Vocabulary

Normative business terms and their English code identifiers.

Code identifiers are English. Operator copy may be French or Arabic. This lexicon fixes one translation per concept.

Keep these separate

  • Line is not itinerary, destination, schedule, departure, or bay.
  • Vehicle active is not vehicle eligible now.
  • Identity resolution is not access authorization.
  • Station is not destination and is not bay.
  • Authorization holder is not necessarily line operator.
  • Scheduled departure is not allocation and is not observed cycle.
  • Billing charges vehicles/carriers; ticketing serves travelers and counter money.
