Moves the vehicle's carrier attachment to an active carrier, keeping the previous period in history.
Set a schedule's calling times
Replaces the whole sequence. Every calling point of the itinerary must appear exactly once, and `dayOffset` counts days after the origin service day, so a call after midnight is offset 1 rather than a time that runs backwards.
